Returns

To be eligible for a return:

In the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Refunds

If approved:
We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
Refund will not include shipping charges
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (different size, color, or style), please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods
Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product)
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label
